„Berăria H” – A New Restaurant Concept

In September 2014 Berăria H was opened in Bucharest. It is “the largest beer restaurant in Romania and in Eastern Europe” as described by its founders, three Romanian entrepreneurs. The restaurnat is hosted by Pavilionul H, a former exhibiton location, it occupies an area of 4300 square meters and has a capacity of 2000 seats. Its dimension certainly represents a factor of differentiation, but it is not the most important.
