Employee Motivation – An Integrated Approach

We all know that employees’ motivation represents an essential factor for achieving a good individual and organizational performance. However, recent studies indicate an alarming state of the workplace: only 13% of employees are actively engaged at work. This article presents an integrated approach that can contribute to the improvement of this situation.
