Three human values that I appreciate to an entrepreneur

I have been asked recently to make a quick selection, from a longer list, of a number of 3 values that I appreciate to an entrepreneur. Being aware and clarifying the individual and organizational values ensures a good direction for our efforts, a consistent approach of the various challenges and decisions that we face and the internal alignment that is so important for the effectiveness of every organization.
